On the road again

Saturday we started for home. We were busy in the morning cleaning up and locking up the house. The boys did a great job of entertaining themselves so Mom and Dad could get everything done. We drove back to Hobbs, NM for the night.

Oil derricks in west Texas have been replaces with HUGE wind terbins like this. Wind in the new oil.

Archer is a sleeping boy..not sure what Christian was doing at this time, no picture.
Sunday we made our lunch stop at a great park in San Angelo.
It is in the middle of town near the Concho River.

126 miles to home!!!!

and one more pit stop for some pit BBQ. We stopped at Cooper's in Llano.
Archer tried some brisket. So far we haven't found a food Archer doesn't like.
Christian stuck with the bread.
We made it home after many a pit stop. It was a long drive, but we were so happy to be home. We even had Monday, Memorial Day to rest.
We can't wait to go back!
