Continental Divide

Friday was our very last day of vacation. It was rainy that day so there wasn't too much we could do. Christian didn't really want to ride around in the car, but that was pretty much our only option. Our plan was to go to the Continental Divide and see if we could find some snow to show Christian.


We followed this car up the divide a few miles...thank goodness we were able to pass them. We saw about 4 more of them on the way up.
We stopped at the Divide and there was snow! Christian wasn't too interested in getting out and playing in the snow so Dad brought the snow to him.
Then we stopped at Treasure Falls.

I made them pose for just one picture.
That evening we went to the Navajo Wilderness viewing area that evening. It was raining that evening....and every little boy loves to play in the rain.
It is on the Piedra River.
