Catch-up

Now that vacation posts are over it is time to catch up to real life. The few weeks since we have been home have been BUSY. You can tell it is summer time. The calendar fills up fast.

Our first weekend home was a pretty relaxing one, thank goodness. We spent time getting settled back into our routine. We took the boys to the Liz Carpenter Water fountain near Auditorium Shores.

That Sunday we went to a shower for Margret and Joe.



The next weekend we were off to Kingwood. Saturday morning we played with our friend Raphael.

After some play time in the park it was time for french chocolate and some Noggin'.


Then we went to celebrate Abigail's 7th birthday. She had a fun pool party with water balloons and the limbo too. The boys loved the water and we got to visit and play with family....good times. I couldn't take any party pictures while at the pool. We both had our hands full in the water.

Abby got a very special present from Memaw and Dodaddy. She received a carriage clock. She will wind it every Sunday night, just like DoDaddy winds his clocks.

From Kingwood weekend

Sunday we went to see Night at the Museume, Battle of the Smithsonian, at the IMAX in the Houston Museum of Natural History. It was very cool. The movie was funny too.
