Wolf pup
Chris and Christian both took ski lessons at Wolf Creek. Archer and I
stayed at the lodge. We didn't get a chance to see Christian ski at
the wolf pup school. We did catch a glimps of Chris coming down the
mountain. They both had fun but were very tired at the end of the
day. Christian fell asleep at 6:30 he was so wipe out. However he
woke up at 2:30 ready for they day to begin. Luckily he went back to
sleep for a few more hours.

The TP incident
What is it with my boys and the toilet these days.First there was this
Now Christian decides to clog up the toilet with toilet paper.
(here he is saying the water was "getting bigger and bigger")
I happend to walk into the bathroom and find him with the plunger in hand trying desperately to push the water down. It was too late. Water was already over flowing to the floor (thank goodness for tile floors).
After sending Christian off to our bathroom to find a better plunger and yelling for Chris to come...I BRAVELY stuck my hand in the toilet and pulled out the clog. LUCKILY is was just an overload of TP. I gave a huge sigh of relief on that one. Once the clog was gone, so was all the overflowing water. A few big towels later, the mess was all cleaned up.
We did have a chance to talk with Christian about asking for help with messes like this. His reply was "When I do it again, I will come get you for help." Ok, not EXACTLY was I was going for. I told him I don't want him to make a mess like that again, but if makes a big mess like that, he needs to come get Mommy and Daddy and ask for help.

Bob's Retirement Party
Mr. Bob is our last dog at home...well he was. Bob has officially retired to "The Hills" in Lake Way.
He is off to live with TT (aka Tallie, aka Mommie's BBF-best bud forever).
TT needed a new (in this case old) friend. She recently moved to a new house and was looking for a doggie. Having Bob retire to Lake Way seems like the perfect fit. With 2 small children and the craziness that seems to be our lives in the Wenck World, Bob doesn't get the attention he needs or deserves..it is true, I can admit that.
That is why I want better for Bob. Now Bob's retirement with Tallie is akin to winning the Super, Mega, Jackpot Lotto in doggy terms. Tallie will give him more love, attention, treats & belly rubs than he will know what to do with. Tallie loves animals.
See Bob came to me thru Tallie many, many years ago. Since we have lost our girls Molly and Shelby, there isn't a friend for Bob to play with. So Bob left us last night to spend the rest of his days in the lap of luxury....Tallie's lap.

The sayings of a 4 year old *********UPDATED*******
I almost forgot my favorite one...
"I know that." Here it is used in context
Me- "Christian don't picking your nose"
C- "I know that"
Me - "Christian, stop putting things over your brother's head"
C- "I know that"
Here are some of the things heard in our house these days..
C to his Aunt Sassy - "Wipe that smile off your face and stop talking"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Me- "Christian are you dressed yet?"
C - "ALMOST"
Me - a few minutes later "Christian are you dressed yet?"
C-"ALMOST!. I's saying that a lot. Stop talking to me when I'm getting dressed"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
C to me while praying before dinner "Zip it, I'm talking now"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Mommy when I get big like a Daddy, Daddy will get little"
