Thanksgiving 2009

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Our's ran from Sunday thru Sunday.

It started with lunch at Gran and Pa's the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Addi and Archer dug into Gran's toy trunk and Christian locked himself away in her spare bedroom with the BIG fancy remote control train set.  There are priveldges to being the oldest grandson, you get your own big boy train set, set up in your very own play room.

On Monday, the week of Thanksgiving we had Christian's bump removed.  So he got special treatment for the whole week.  Oh boy!  What were the thinking.  3 year old + all the movies you can watch = tough transition back into normal pre-schooler mode.....for the parents!

Thanksgiving day we headed to Kingwood.

We had a special visitor on our trip.  Can you tell who joined us?

Everyone had a recipe to make or a job to do for the Thanksgiving lunch.  It was so good!  We had ham, turkey, all the trimmings and family time.

After lunch the kids and Uncle Jack and Dad headed to the park for some much needed play time.

Friday was filled with playing in the yards, wagon rides and bike rides...with wagons attached.
