Dodaddy's birthday

We recently went to Kingwood to celebrate Dodaddy's birthday.  It was VERY cold, so there was little time spent outdoors, which is odd for us in Kingwood.  We were able to go see our friend Raphael.  Raphael and his Mommy Emmanuelle just returned from her home town of Chartes France.



They were VERY nice and shared some of their french treats with us.



We were also able to visit with Daddy's friend Mark (Raphael's Dad) and Daddy's good friend Jeff.

Then it was time for the main event!  Dodaddy's birthday bash and dinner with the whole family.  Abby and Emmy had  a great card they made for Dodaddy.

Emmy put on a lovely after dinner show for us.  She is multi-talented...she sings, dances, and plays piano.  She also gives the most adorable introductions...and tells you when she is done so you can clap.


Aunt Debbie made an amazing homemade cake...it was yummy.



It was also good to see Memaw doing so well after foot surgery.  She will be up and about in no time.
